| The following terms and conditions, along with
any other policies or guidelines posted on this Web site, shall
govern your use of this site. By using this site and/or by making
a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to the following terms
and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

| 1. PURCHASING |
| ValuePriceTickets.com provides you with the service
of locating tickets that typically are not available through standard
channels, such as through Ticketmaster or from a venue box office.
Because most of our tickets are provided by independent, professional,
secondary ticketing agencies, the price that you pay often is substantially
higher than the price printed on the tickets. |

| 2. RETURNS |
| There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
on any order once it is submitted to us. This policy is in place
because when you purchase your tickets, we secure and acquire those
tickets for you and are not able to recover our costs. Please order
tickets only after you are certain you want them. If you would like
to sell tickets that you purchased from ValuePriceTickets.com, you can
contact Premium Inventory, the preferred broker of .
If Premium Inventory is able to resell the tickets that you originally
purchased from ValuePriceTickets.com, Premium Inventory will waive the
consignment fee and you will receive 100% of the amount that Premium
Inventory sells the tickets for, up to the amount that you originally
paid. Since consignment tickets are your property, you need to let
Premium Inventory know your asking price for the tickets and if
and when you want your tickets returned to you in the event that
they do not sell. |

| 3. PRICES & SEATING |
| All prices are guaranteed only after your order
is CONFIRMED. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market,
prices are subject to change at any time. When we fill your order,
if the price of your selected tickets has increased, you will have
the option to cancel your order and your credit card will not be
charged. We will never charge you more than you authorize. As we
represent thousands of ticket sellers who all post tickets for sale
on our Web site, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors
within the inventory listed for sale. When an error is found while
processing your order, you will be notified of the error and provided
other seating choices (if available). You also will be given the
option to cancel your order. Please check your tickets carefully
once they arrive. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention
within 48 hours after receiving your tickets in order to ensure
that the error can be rectified. |

| 4. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES |
| Please note that purchases by credit card do
not grant any variances from our terms and conditions. You are still
responsible for complying with our terms and conditions. Any attempts
to defraud ValuePriceTickets.com may result in legal action brought against
you. |

| 5. ORDER CONFIRMATION/PROCESSING |
| Immediately after you submit your request for
tickets, you will receive an email confirming that we have received
your request. This does not confirm ticket availability or prices.
It only indicates that we have received your request for those tickets.
As soon as we receive your request for tickets, we begin to process
your order and work to acquire and secure the tickets you requested
on your behalf. You will receive an additional order confirmation
email once your order has been processed. If you do not receive
an order confirmation or updated status email, please call our office
to check on your order. NEVER assume your order is cancelled simply
because you have not yet been contacted by us. Online orders placed
over the weekend or after 5 pm (Central Time) may not be processed
until the next business day. |

| 6. EVENT DATES AND TIMES |
| Event dates and times printed on the face of
the tickets are always subject to change. This is especially true
for sporting events that are subject to television scheduling conflicts.
It is important that you check with your local media to ensure that
you arrive at the event on the correct date and at the correct time.

| 7. TICKET DELIVERY |
| All tickets are delivered via an express delivery
service (i.e., Federal Express, Express Mail, messenger, etc.) and
most deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility
to be available to accept the delivery. You agree to provide us
with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address
to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package.
If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be
delivered, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery
attempt. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your
tickets, the tickets will be listed for sale on consignment with
Premium Inventory, the preferred broker of ValuePriceTickets.com. Premium
Inventory will act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all
of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your
tickets; however, if no communication can be made, Premium Inventory
will price the tickets appropriately in an attempt to recover as
much of your money as possible. This may be substantially less than
what you paid in some cases. If the tickets are not sold by the
event date, Premium Inventory will return your tickets to you shortly
after the event. It is always in your best interest to remain in
close contact with Premium Inventory regarding the pricing of your
tickets. You also have the right at any time prior to your event
date to request that your tickets be sent back to you. Simply request
your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them to you
in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays,
such as adverse weather conditions, as Premium Inventory is not
responsible under any circumstances for the timely delivery of your
consignment tickets. |

| 8. DEPOSITS |
| All deposits are non-refundable. Even though
you have not received your requested tickets, we have already committed
to acquiring and securing those tickets for you by the time your
order is confirmed. |

| 9. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS |
| When you receive your tickets, keep them in a
safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are
lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight and heat
can damage some tickets. |

| 10. CANCELLED EVENTS |
| If an event is cancelled for any reason other
than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism,
strike, or lockout, we will provide a full refund for the amount
that you paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are not refundable.
TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets
via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with
proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting
event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at
the ballpark box office for a seat to a future game that is still
available. In all other cases mentioned above, we will attempt in
every case to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets;
however, no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed. |

| 11. POSTPONED EVENTS |
| If an event is postponed, the tickets will be
honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need
to be issued. As we are not able to recover our costs on the tickets
that we acquired for you, we in turn are unable to offer customers
refunds on postponed events. If you cannot make the new event date
and would like to sell your tickets on consignment through Premium
Inventory, the preferred broker of ValuePriceTickets.com, Premium Inventory
will waive the consignment fees. If Premium Inventory is able to
sell your tickets, you would receive 100% of the amount that the
tickets sold for-up to the price that you paid. Premium Inventory
will make every attempt to sell consignment tickets ahead of any
other tickets they have listed for that particular event. |

| 12. TAX AND SHIPPING CHARGES |
| Events taking place within the Chicago city limits
may have tax added to the order. Shipping charges are calculated
based on delivery location and shipping method. |

| 13. TRANSLATION POLICY |
| In the event that any statement in any translated
version of this Web site conflicts with the English version, the
statement in the English version shall prevail. |

| 14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY |
ValuePriceTickets.com is not responsible for providing
transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under
any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as
part of a package. Nor are we responsible for any delay causing
you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions
by our company that do result in you missing your event will be
rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of your total purchase
price. ValuePriceTickets.com is not responsible for the conditions or the
actions of the crowd at any event.
The tickets that you purchase from us are valid. If someone is sitting
in your assigned seat, it is your responsibility to ask them to
move or to ask an usher to assist you. Client acknowledges and concedes
that all transactions take place in McHenry County in the state
of Illinois. In the event that we are required to seek legal remedies
to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, client agrees that we are
entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the
client, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees
and administrative costs, within the jurisdiction of McHenry County
in the state of Illinois. |
